Doğada güçsüz haldeki yavru atmacayı gören vatandaş, durumu hemen Bingöl Doğa Koruma ve Milli Parklar Şube Müdürlüğüne bildirdi. Bölgeye gelen ekipler tarafından teslim alınan atmaca yavrusu, müdürlükte tedavi altına alındı. Tedavi sürecinin tamamlanmasının ardından atmaca yavrusunun doğal yaşam alanına geri bırakılacağı belirtildi.
