Bunun yanı sıra, depremin yol açtığı çevresel etkiler de büyük endişe kaynağı oldu. Su kirliliği, hava kirliliği, toprak kirliliği, ekosistemin bozulması ve biyoçeşitlilik kaybı gibi sorunlar baş gösterdi. Deprem sonrası oluşan yıkıntı atıkları, tehlikeli atıklar, tıbbi atıklar, evsel ve diğer atıklar, çevresel sorunları daha da derinleştirdi.
Tüm bu olumsuzlukların üzerine, depremzedeler hayatın her alanında zorluklarla karşılaşmaya devam ediyor. Özellikle ulaşım gibi temel hizmetlerin aksaması, halkın sosyal anlamda yaşamlarını daha da zorlaştırıyor. Şehrin çeşitli bölgelerinde ulaşım sıkıntısı çeken depremzedeler, belediye ve devletin yetkili kurumlarından çözüm bekliyor. Halk, bu duruma isyan edercesine seslerini yetkililere duyurmaya çalıştı.
Depremzedeler, yaşam koşullarının iyileştirilmesi ve temel hizmetlerin aksaksız bir şekilde sağlanması için yetkililerden acil müdahale bekliyor. Toplumun, bu zorlu süreçte dayanışma ve yardımlaşma içinde olması, depremin yarattığı yaraların sarılmasında büyük önem taşıyor.
