Rize Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası (RTSO) 2024 yılı Aralık ayı meclis toplantısı gerçekleştirildi. Toplantıda, RTSO Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Şaban Aziz Karamehmetoğlu, kentteki projeler ve çalışmalar hakkında önemli açıklamalarda bulundu.
Başkan Karamehmetoğlu, İyidere Lojistik Merkezi ile ilgili bilgi vererek şunları söyledi:
“Lojistik Merkez Projemiz yapılıyor. Projenin gelişme sürecini yakından takip ediyoruz. Dolgu sürecinde sona gelinmiş durumda. Hem Ulaştırma Bakanlığı hem de yerel yönetim konu üzerinde ciddi bir çalışma yürütüyor. Bu doğrultuda bir master plan hazırlanacak ve biz de bu konuda çalışmalarımızı sürdüreceğiz.”
Başkan Karamehmetoğlu, lojistik merkez projesinde sağlanan ilerlemenin ardından, bölge için demiryolu bağlantısıyla ilgili adımlar atılacağını da vurguladı.
