Çanakkale'nin Gelibolu ilçesinde, İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü tarafından "Grup Bütünlüğü ve Motivasyon - Örgütsel Stres ve Tükenmişlik" konulu eğitim semineri düzenlendi.
Ruh sağlığının bozulmasının, kişinin yakın çevresi, iş ortamı ve başarma düzeyi gibi faktörleri olumsuz etkilediği; bu durumun fiziki hastalıklardan daha derin sorunlar yaratabildiği gerekçesiyle sağlık personeline yönelik bu eğitim verildi.
Seminerde, Gelibolu İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü personeli Çocuk Gelişim Uzmanı Yeter Kaymaz ve Kronik Hastalıklar Birimi tarafından İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü çalışanlarına "Grup Bütünlüğü ve Motivasyon - Örgütsel Stres ve Tükenmişlik" başlıklı hizmet içi eğitim sunumu yapıldı.
