Adıyaman Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde Başhekim Doç. Dr. Mehmet Şirik başkanlığında haftalık "Değerlendirme Toplantısı" gerçekleştirildi. Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi toplantı salonunda düzenlenen toplantıya, Başhekim Yardımcıları ve idareciler katılım gösterdi. Toplantıda hastanede yürütülen çalışmalar değerlendirilerek, planlanan çalışmalar ve iyileştirmelerin son durumu masaya yatırıldı. Sağlık hizmetinin devamlılığı ve en iyi seviyeye ulaşması amacıyla her hafta düzenlenen "Değerlendirme Toplantısı"nda daha önce takip altına alınan çalışmaların son durumu hakkında bilgiler paylaşıldı. Genel bir değerlendirmenin yapıldığı toplantı, sunulan hizmetler ele alınarak karşılıklı bilgi alışverişi yapıldı ve yapılacak çalışmalar not alınarak haftaya tekrar bir araya gelmek üzere sonlandırıldı.
