RTEÜ Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi Tarih ve Gürcü Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümleri, dilbilimsel antropoloji alanında dünya çapında araştırmalara ev sahipliği yapan Küresel Antropolojik Dilbilim Konseyine üye oldu.
Londra Üniversitesi SOAS (SOAS University of London) bünyesindeki Küresel Antropolojik Dilbilim Konseyinden (The Global Council on Anthropological Linguistics) gelen davet üzerine, bölümlerimiz ve konsey arasında ikili iş birliği anlaşması sağlandı.
Dilbilimsel Antropoloji ve Antropolojik Dilbilim üzerine yayınlar, akademik tartışmalar ve bilimsel çalışmaları üreten ve destekleyen Küresel Antropolojik Dilbilim Konseyi (GLOCAL), Avrupa, Amerika, Asya ve Orta Doğu gibi birçok bölgeden çeşitli üniversitelerle iş birliği içinde çalışmalarını yürütüyor.
