Hatay Büyükşehir Belediyesi (HBB) Basın Yayın ve Halkla İlişkiler Dairesi Başkanlığı, Hataylı vatandaşların istek, talep ve önerilerini kolaylıkla iletebilmesi ve sorunlarına en hızlı şekilde çözüm üretilebilmesi amacıyla çalışmalarını aralıksız sürdürüyor.
Alo 153 Beyaz Masa ekipleri, çağımızın getirdiği modern iletişim araçlarını kullanarak vatandaşlardan gelen her türlü talebin ilgili HBB birimlerine en hızlı ve güvenilir bir şekilde ulaşmasını sağlıyor. Bu sayede sorunlara anında müdahale edilerek vatandaş memnuniyeti en üst düzeye çıkarılıyor.
