Çanakkale'nin Gelibolu Belediyesi Su ve Kanalizasyon İşleri Müdürlüğü ekipleri, kış mevsiminin yaklaşmasıyla birlikte kentteki kanalizasyon ve yağmur suyu hatlarının temizliğine hız verdi.
Yaşanabilecek su baskınları ve tıkanıklıkların önüne geçmek amacıyla başlatılan çalışmalarda, şehir genelindeki tüm hatlar detaylı bir şekilde inceleniyor ve temizleniyor. Ekipler, planlı bir şekilde hareket ederek tüm bölgeleri kapsayacak şekilde çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.
Belediye yetkilileri, vatandaşlardan da destek isteyerek, evsel atıkların kanalizasyona atılmaması konusunda duyarlı olmalarını rica etti. Kış mevsiminde yaşanabilecek olumsuzluklara karşı ekiplerin tüm bölgelerde planlama doğrultusunda çalışmalarına devam edeceğini belirttiler.
