Rize merkeze bağlı Engindere Mahallesi Ufuk Sokak mevkiinde, İhsan Birinci yönetimindeki otomobil manevra sırasında uçuruma yuvarlandı.
Kazayı görenlerin ihbarı üzerine olay yerine polis, AFAD ve sağlık ekipleri sevk edildi.
Kazada yaralanan sürücü, olay yerinde yapılan ilk müdahalenin ardından ekiplerce patika yoldan sedyeyle taşınarak ambulansa ulaştırıldı.
İhsan Birinci, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde tedavi altına alındı.
