Bingöl Valiliği'nden yapılan yazılı açıklamaya göre, İl Jandarma Komutanlığı'na bağlı Merkez İlçe Jandarma Komutanlığı ekipleri tarafından, aranan şahısların yakalanmasına yönelik yürütülen istihbarat çalışmaları neticesinde, "Müstehcen Yayınların Üretiminde Çocukları Kullanmak" suçundan hüküm giyen kişinin yeri tespit edildi.
Yakalanan şahıs, sevk edildiği mahkeme tarafından tutuklanarak Elazığ Kapalı Ceza İnfaz Kurumu'na teslim edildi.
